要精确推算纸箱的抗压强度,首先须测出纸箱周长、纸板厚度及纸板边压强度,并联合纸箱布局工艺对推算值举行修正。边压强度可根据组成瓦楞纸板各层原纸的横向环压强度及纸板坑型举行推算。对付没有测试仪器的工厂,只要知道原纸的环压强度或环压指数,也可以推算出纸箱的抗压强度。必须指出的是,原纸的环压值必须客观真实,并且原纸的环压强度须是在23℃±1℃,52±2%RH的温湿环境下的测试值。

To accurately calculate the cartons compressive strength, we must measure the carton perimeter, the thickness of cardboard and cardboard marginal pressure strength, combining the structure craft carton on calculating values are revised.
